First, a brothers-run joint in Port Allen, La., is servin' up killer Cajun, like the-bomb baked potato topped with crawfish étouffée and shrimp, plus an out-of-bounds brisket po'boy with a side of rice dressing. There's gourmet grub in Gainesville, Fla., plating scrumptious shrimp rolls and stellar tagliatelle with a touch of tarragon and truffle.
