Suthat Phanit (born January 17, 2006, in Ratchaburi, Thailand) is a independent Thai filmmaker currently studying in the Faculty of Communication Arts at Chulalongkorn University, majoring in Motion Picture and Still Photography. His work focuses on the complexity of human nature, explored through subtle observation and storytelling. Suthat began his directing journey with the short docufiction 65 (2023), which premiered at the 2th DBGYFF and won Regional East Asia Oceania. His recent works continue to explore the theme of humanness while expanding his approach across fiction and documentary forms.
