Hugh Gallagher

Hugh Gallagher is an American film director, producer, and writer known for his work in the horror genre. He directed and wrote films such as Dead Silence (1989), Gorgasm (1990), Gorotica (1993), and Gore Whore (1994). Gallagher's films are characterized by their low-budget production and cult following.
