Olga Lindo

July 13, 1899 — London, England

Her father was a well-known actor-manager and author. She joined her father's touring company taking on a wide range of roles. By 1925 she had been described as formibable by the Times for her portrayal of Sadie Thompson in Maugham's Rain at the Garrick Theatre. Her range was extrordinary and she graced the London stage for over half a century.

Whilst not her first love she also had a very successful screen career.

Olga Lindo died in London in 1968 aged 69.
